there's no need for the upgraded belt, Nismo T-stat or any of that other mess. The basic 120k kit that includes the water pump is fine. Of course it's recommended to replace the idler pulleys, but it isn't 100% necessary, IMO. If you want to grab the UD pulley, that's a reasonable upgrade and you should just grab the cheapest one. You might want to look into getting the water pump OD pulley at the same time. G'luck.
